Pricing and What The Fees Cover
We are only able to give the cost of our permanent cosmetic procedures after a complimentary consultation in-person as it varies for each individual depending on the specific work to be done. Prices for scar or discoloration camouflage depends upon the size of the area and start at $150 per session. Prices for any permanent makeup procedure involving the eyebrows, eyes or lips start at $500 and cover the following:
- complete medical history review
- face shape and feature analysis
- custom makeup design process
- color selection and custom blending of pigments
- medical grade topical anesthetics (before and during procedure)
- new, 100% disposable sterile safety needles and supplies
- printed aftercare instructions and any necessary supplies and
- follow up visits (see below).
Touchup and Follow Up Visit Policies and Fees
The fee for your cosmetic tattoo procedure normally includes a specified number of follow up visits within a specified time frame based on the desired results agreed to during the first visit unless it is priced by the session to accommodate special circumstances. JuvEssentials reserves the right to charge for these follow up visits if they are not scheduled within the recommended length of time given due to the time-sensitive process of these procedures.
Additional work requested to substantially augment the size, thickness and/or color intensity will incur regular touch up fees.
Once a JuvEssentials client, annual touch up fees start at $150 per procedure. This does not apply to new clients who have had their previous work done elsewhere and this is because either so much of it has faded so that it’s not really just a simple touch up anymore, and/or there is usually some degree of corrective work involved before the new work can look aesthetically pleasing.
Product Returns and Refunds
We gladly accept the return of unopened products within 7 days for a full refund or within 14 days for credit or exchange.
The nature of permanent cosmetic tattooing is a multi-session procedure that requires more than one visit to achieve the desired shape and color in most cases and is particularly true for any corrective work. The results of any cosmetic procedure, including but not limited to permanent cosmetics, cannot be guaranteed due to the unique and unpredictable nature of each person’s body, skin and temperament. As such, there are no refunds for any work that has already been done should the client choose for any reason to forgo additional sessions that may be needed to achieve the desired results.
We reserve the right to respectfully decline service to anyone.
Cancellations, Missed Appointments, and Late-Arrivals
If you would like to reserve a time for your appointment, a valid credit card number taken online is required only to hold the appointment. Our initial consultations are complimentary, but as a courtesy we ask that you give at least 24 hours advance notice (48 hours if canceling over a weekend when we are normally closed) in case you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations can be made through the online scheduling system, or via phone 415-552-2477 or e-mail jeannie@juvessentials.com.
Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for a scheduled procedure (including follow-up visits) will incur fees for the time booked. New clients who fail to cancel a scheduled consultation appointment will be considered a “No Show” and will not be rescheduled unless the client agrees to be billed for a “No Show” fee.
If you are late for your procedure appointment 30 minutes or more, your procedure may need to be rescheduled because that much lost time cannot be made up and be given the same quality of work without running into the next client’s appointment. If rescheduling becomes necessary, a fee for the time booked will apply on the next visit.
These charges are nonrefundable. Appointment times are held exclusively for each individual so we appreciate your understanding as a courtesy to us and other clients.
Walk-Ins
We regret that we cannot accommodate anyone on a walk-in basis without an appointment.
Visitors and Children
CDC-OSHA guidelines does not allow observers (spouses, family, or friends) in the procedure room during the tattooing process. However, they are welcome to participate in the makeup designing process. California law prohibits the tattooing of persons under age 18, and children are not allowed in the procedure room. Our facility is not equipped for young children, so child care arrangements should be made prior to all appointments.
Fees and policies are subject to change without notice.
We take great pride in our work which will show in our results and your satisfaction.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing you!
